Returns & Refunds policy

Because we prioritize hygiene, craftsmanship, and custom fitting, we have clear policies regarding returns and exchanges.

1. No Returns on: Custom-made/bespoke clothing Altered garments Fabrics and accessories Sale/discounted items

2. Eligible Returns or Exchanges Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days if: The item is in perfect condition Unworn, unused, and unwashed Tags are intact The item has no stains, scent, or damage Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.

3. Wrong or Defective Item If we send the wrong item or the item arrives defective: Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product Include photos of the issue We will replace the item or issue store credit

4. Refund Method Approved refunds are issued as: Store credit OR Original payment method (case-by-case basis)

5. Custom Orders Due to their personalized nature, all custom/bespoke orders are final and non-refundable.
