Shipping Methods We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on your location. 3. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply when available. 4. Delivery Time Domestic (USA): 2–7 business days International: 7–21 business days Delivery times may vary due to custom checks, weather, or carrier delays. 5. Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details. House of Racl is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. 6. Lost or Damaged Packages Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we prioritize hygiene, craftsmanship, and custom fitting, we have clear policies regarding returns and exchanges. 1. No Returns on: Custom-made/bespoke clothing Altered garments Fabrics and accessories Sale/discounted items 2. Eligible Returns or Exchanges Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days if: The item is in perfect condition Unworn, unused, and unwashed Tags are intact The item has no stains, scent, or damage Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end. 3. Wrong or Defective Item If we send the wrong item or the item arrives defective: Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product Include photos of the issue We will replace the item or issue store credit 4. Refund Method Approved refunds are issued as: Store credit OR Original payment method (case-by-case basis) 5. Custom Orders Due to their personalized nature, all custom/bespoke orders are final and non-refundable.
Appointment Policy
House of Racl At House of Racl, each appointment is tailored with care and attention. To ensure the best experience for all clients: Appointments are required for consultations and fittings. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. $30 Please arrive on time so your session runs smoothly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or a need to reschedule. We look forward to creating something beautiful for you.
